Organisation

Sisters of Charity Outreach is a division of St. Vincents' Clinic (ABN 95 003 635 498), which is a company limited by guarantee. Outreach has its own by-laws, which govern its operation.

The organisation is managed by the Outreach Committee, whose members represent the community, staff and volunteers. The reporting structure is depicted below.

Sisters of Charity Outreach is a registered charity, and is recognised as a Deductible Gift Recipient and an Income Tax Exempt Charity by the Australian Taxation Office.
