South West Visit Program

This new Service began in 2008 as an outcome of an Outreach discernment process featuring Strategic Planning, feasibility studies and goal setting. This evolving Service is testament to Outreach ‘continuing to fill the gaps'. An exciting phase in the implementation stage is the recruitment of more volunteers.

South West Visit Program will provide companionship, socialisation, and support to the frail, aged, disabled and socially isolated, as well as respite to carers through home visits and outings. This program serves people living in the Liverpool Geographical area.
